Nordex 500

The Nordex 500 Cold Water Extraction System is a high-capacity, fully automated solventless extraction platform designed for cannabis and hemp processors seeking to scale premium bubble hash and trichome production without compromising quality. Engineered to process approximately 25–30 kg of fresh frozen biomass per batch, the Nordex 500 combines automated process control, temperature-managed extraction, water recirculation, and multi-stage filtration to support efficient, repeatable production at large volumes.

By utilizing cold water rather than chemical solvents, the system mechanically separates trichomes from fresh frozen biomass while helping preserve the cannabinoids, terpenes, and other compounds that contribute to product quality and cultivar expression. As demand for solventless concentrates continues to grow across the cannabis industry, processors increasingly require equipment capable of delivering both throughput and consistency. The Nordex 500 addresses these needs through fully automated operation, integrated cooling coils and temperature sensors, and configurable three- or five-stage filtration ranging from 250 to 40 microns, enabling multiple grades of resin to be collected during a single extraction cycle.
