Terpene Extraction System

Gentle Heat, Zero Decarb: How the TES-20 Works

Solventless Terpene Extraction That Preserves True-Spectrum Aroma and Flavor

Your cultivar’s terpene profile is what sets your products apart, and it’s usually the first thing lost to heat and solvent. The TES-20 solventless terpene extraction system captures true-spectrum terpenes from cannabis and hemp flower before your biomass ever touches a solvent. Controlled, gentle heat and an internal agitator tumble 20-30 lb of material in a stationary 230 L reactor, releasing volatile aromatics without decarboxylating the cannabinoids.

A liquid-nitrogen cold trap condenses those terpenes, so you can formulate with the full aroma and flavor of the plant, then send the same material on to your solvent-based extraction. Everything is built on a single mobile skid with fully automated touch-screen control, so training is simple and results stay consistent from operator to operator. A quick-change collection cart and a positive-seal door keep turnaround between runs fast, while single or dual cold trap configurations let you scale to your throughput. It’s a compact, lab-ready way to turn terpenes into a new revenue stream and a stronger product line, without disrupting your existing workflow.

Equipment Highlights
  • True-Spectrum Terpene Capture:  Volatile aromatics condense in the cold trap as a full terpene profile, not just a few isolated compounds.
  • Non-Decarboxylating Process: Cannabinoids stay intact in the biomass, so the same flower can move straight on to your solvent-based extraction.
  • Internal Agitator for Even Extraction: An internal agitator tumbles flower while the vessel stays stationary. Consistent movement exposes material evenly to heat, which supports repeatable terpene release from batch to batch.
  • Fully Automated Touch-Screen Control: A single operator screen manages recipe-based process control. Automation keeps runs consistent between operators and makes training simpler for new team members.
  • Compact, Mobile All-in-One Skid: The reactor, cold traps, and controls sit on one skid with locking casters. It ships at 33″ wide to clear standard doorways.
