Multi-Stage Filtration for Higher-Quality Bubble Hash
The Nordex 100 Cold Water Extraction System is a fully automated solventless extraction platform engineered for cannabis and hemp processors seeking efficient, scalable production of premium bubble hash and trichome-rich concentrates. Designed to process approximately 7–11 kg of fresh frozen biomass per batch, the system uses temperature-controlled cold water extraction to separate trichomes while preserving valuable cannabinoids, terpenes, and other desirable plant compounds.
Integrated cooling coils and temperature monitoring help maintain optimal extraction conditions throughout the process, while automated controls reduce operator dependency and improve batch-to-batch consistency. Combined with a water recirculation system that supports multiple wash cycles and configurable three- or five-stage filtration ranging from 250 to 40 microns, the Nordex 100 enables processors to maximize trichome recovery and collect multiple grades of resin in a single production run.
