The Nordex 50 Cold Water Extraction System is a compact, automated solventless extraction solution designed for cannabis and hemp processors seeking to produce premium bubble hash and isolator products from fresh frozen biomass. Engineered for small-batch production, the system processes approximately 2 to 3 kg of material per batch using temperature-controlled cold water extraction to separate valuable trichomes from plant matter.
By combining controlled agitation with integrated cooling and a multi-stage filtration system ranging from 250 to 40 microns, the Nordex 50 helps preserve cannabinoids, terpenes, and other desirable compounds while supporting consistent, high-purity extraction outcomes. This approach allows processors to maintain the integrity of the source material and produce concentrates that reflect the full character of the cultivar.
